These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.ashlaroutdoors.com (the "Site"), operated by Ashlar Outdoors LLC ("Ashlar Outdoors," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2100 N Pleasantburg Dr, Suite C, Greenville, SC 29609. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes our hardscape and outdoor living design-build services and lets you request estimates and consultations. Content on the Site is for general information. It is not a binding offer or quote. All actual project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Ashlar Outdoors.
When you submit a form, use the chat widget, call, or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and, if you opt in, with occasional promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Site and its content, including text, project photography, logos, and design, belong to Ashlar Outdoors LLC or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and badges such as Unilock, Belgard, and Techo-Bloc are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Estimates requested through the Site are preliminary and subject to an on-site consultation. Pricing, scope, schedules, warranties, and guarantees for actual project work are set out in a separate written contract. Nothing on the Site creates a contract for construction services.
The Site uses third-party services, including our messaging platform, form processor, and analytics, and may link to third-party websites such as manufacturer warranty pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashlar Outdoors LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not limit any rights you have under a separate written project contract with us.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ashlar Outdoors LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
