How the Guarantee Works
Workmanship Guarantee Process
If a major structural defect is discovered within five years of installation:
- 1Contact Ashlar OutdoorsWe'll schedule an inspection and assess the issue.
- 2We Correct the DefectIf the issue is covered under the workmanship guarantee, we'll repair it at no cost to you.
- 3Manufacturer BackingIf for any reason we fail to honor our warranty, Unilock will cover the labor costs to repair the issue. This isn't just our promise—it's backed by the manufacturer.
Lifetime Product Warranty Registration
To activate your Unilock Lifetime Guarantee:
- 1Register Within 60 DaysVisit unilock.com/about/guarantee within 60 days of project completion.
- 2Provide Proof of PurchaseYou'll need your dated invoice or contract showing the Unilock products installed.
- 3Receive Your CertificateUnilock will send you a transferable Lifetime Guarantee Certificate for your records.
Important Exclusions
Like all warranties, there are standard exclusions:
- •Normal wear and tear from regular use
- •Damage from improper maintenance or failure to follow care guidelines
- •Issues caused by settling, ground movement, or acts of nature
- •Color matching on replacement materials (natural variation occurs)
- •Labor costs for product warranty claims (materials only)
